Setting off on a train journey from Diep River station to Kalk Bay took us past the waves of Muizenberg, colourful changing rooms of St.James beach and rocky shores. Once off the train in Kalk Bay we walked into Kalk Bay Harbour in search of fish and chips but got to enjoy the winter sunshine, the work of Zimbabwean artists and birds on the harbour wall.
