Hueco Tanks State Park
In the past, people came here to get rainwater that would pool up in the rock basins also known as “Whey-coes” or Huecos. Today, these hills are a marvel and astonishing imagery that ancient people left for generations to visit and witness.
While visiting the Hueco Tanks, you can go for rock climbing, hiking, picnics, stargazing, bird watching, and studying history and nature.
