Having a hard time booking a cheap flight from Phoenix? Well, it has been found out that almost half of the vacation cost abroad goes into the airfare. Even travelling from Phoenix to another state can be pretty exorbitant so it is natural to look out for cheap flights to save quite a lot on these futile expenses. You must be looking at different flight booking websites just to find out that the flight cost doesn’t budge. What if we say, you can save a great deal on the airfare just by trying out the tips below. Here’s what you can do to book a cheap flights from Phoenix.

1) Keep your searches top secret

Well, you must have seen a flight price increasing after a few subsequent searches. Our web browser saves cookies which tend to increase the airfare for that particular route by repeated searching. The booking websites physiologically trick you into believing that the flight price is increasing and it may rise even higher if you don’t book it quickly. Always use incognito or private browsing mode to search flights at the lowest price from Phoenix. if you are using Google Chrome or Safari, click Command or Ctrl) plus Shift plus N to open incognito mode in your browser. In Mozilla Firefox or Edge, click command shift P.

2) Leverage the features of the best flights search engines

Flight prices may differ with the flight search engines. For instance, websites like Expedia inflates the price. CheapOair is not so filter-friendly but is capable of giving huge discounts on your flight ticket. These websites will help you save a ton if you just spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with them.

Skyscanner: The best Aggregator to find the cheapest flight price that you could get. Hands down.

Momondo: Huge repository of flights. Sometimes shows flights cheaper than Skyscanner.

AirFare Watchdog: Airlines sometimes make an error while posting their fare due to technical glitches, currency conversion or simply human error. AirFare Watchdog helps you exploit that.

Kiwi.com: Different routes carry a different price tag. Kiwi helps you to find the cheapest route.

AirWander: Convert your layover to stopover. Visit 2 destinations nearly at the price of 1 using this incredible search engine.

JetRadar: Many flight search engines avoid budget Airlines. JetRadar includes them.

3) Do you know the cheapest day and time to fly out?

Different days, different fares. Although there is no rule to find the cheapest day, it is ascertained that weekend night flights cost the least. Get a visual of the prices for the whole month and decide your date and time. Use Skyscanner to determine the best dates to leave. Vacation destination unplanned? Check Skyscanner for finding out the cheapest airfare to anywhere around the world to choose your holiday destination.

4) Use Reward points

Ever thought of flying for free? You can easily do that. Sign up for a travel credit card or airline reward card. These cards can let you earn enough points to make your travel cost essentially free of cost. Many cards offer bonus points up to 100.000 for spending just a few thousand bucks in the first couple of months
